Are Color Creator products tested?
Color Creator products are OSHA-compliant with all testing and labeling protocols. SDS sheets are available through customer service. Color Creator products are also tested by internal teams to make sure they achieve the best creative results possible.
How do I clean up my Color Creator colorants?
Color Creator products are easy to clean with soap and water. If the colorants are mixed into a medium like epoxy, we recommend epoxy wash or a solution of 91% isopropyl alcohol.
What are alcohol inks?
Alcohol inks are fast-drying, highly pigmented, alcohol-based colorants that are great to use on or in virtually many arts and crafts projects.
Are alcohol inks transparent?
Color Creator alcohol inks are naturally transparent. The Gardenia (white) ink has a higher concentration of titanium dioxide which gives it a more opaque effect.
Why is the Color Creator Gardenia (white) ink opaquer than the other colors?
Color Creator Gardenia (white) ink is denser than the other colors and its weight pushes other colors down to create some unique effects when used with epoxy and other mediums.
Are alcohol inks edible?
Color Creator alcohol inks are not edible or recommended for use in food. If alcohol inks are ingested, contact a doctor or local poison control.
How much alcohol ink is too much?
Adding too much alcohol ink can affect curing time. We recommend using no more than 2% to 4% ink by volume for ideal curing.
